New York City, NY, Oct. 10, 2016 – Voki, the popular educational technology solution with over six million registered users (students, teachers, and educators around the world), announces the launch of their Voki School License (VSL) and Voki District License (VDL). The Voki School and District License solutions are comprised of four key components:

1. Voki Creator, which enables teachers and students to create dynamic, customizable speaking avatars (known as “Voki”) using their own spoken voice. In addition to creating their own personalized Voki avatar, Voki’s educational avatar character collection includes already prepared relatable cartoons, historical figures, multicultural representations, holiday characters and much more.

2. Voki Presenter, which allows users to place their Voki inside different environments and backgrounds for presentation purposes.

3. Voki Classroom, which gives instructors the ability to manage their students, assignments, and classes; and,

4. Voki Teach, a set of pre-designed, aligned curriculum that teachers can use in their instruction.

The Voki School and District License solutions provide a premium Voki account for every teacher and include unlimited student accounts within a school or district. The Voki School Licenses (VSL) are available in two options - for Small Schools (up to 25 teachers), and Large School (an unlimited number of teachers). The Voki District License option includes all schools district-wide.

Both licenses include a centralized management console that enables school administrators to manage their schools’ or districts’ Voki accounts. The Voki School and District Licenses provide all premium Voki features - including the Voki for Education mobile app (that has over 500,000 downloads since the launch last fall).

“The Voki School and District Licenses are the culmination of our product’s evolution coupled with our mission to give every student the opportunity to develop and instill confidence in their own unique voice,” says Michael Cassidy, Product Manager at Voki.

Unlimited technical support is also included with the license.
