WINNIPEG, February 19, 2015 – Permission Click is giving the outdated permission slip process a digital makeover with the launch of its free online platform for schools. Teachers can easily create digital permission slips and forms that are sent directly to the parent and can be approved and paid in an instant.

The platform not only allows teachers to create permission slips for events like field trips – it also lets them reach parents directly for fundraising events, registration forms, yearbook sales and other important school events. Parents click a link in their email on any device to approve attendance, complete forms and conveniently pay any associated fees online. Parents can approve events on almost any device, anywhere.

“Permission Click is free of charge and can be deployed in about 15 minutes, without the need for IT team cycles,” said Johnson. “Interested parents can request Permission Click for their school, and we’ll take care of the rest.”

Teachers can upload any existing forms to Permission Click or create a new form with the customizable drag and drop template builder. All events are securely archived and searchable, and key reports can be downloaded to CSV for use in Google sheets or Excel. Payments made on the site are powered by a PCILevel 1 compliant solution that sees funds move directly from the parent to the school’s bank account.

Permission Click can also be integrated further into schools and districts through the SIS system by upgrading to the premium ‘Integration Edition’. “We’re proud to partner with Clever to offer seamless and secure integration with hundreds of school information systems at the push of a button,” said Johnson.

To ensure a common process, school divisions can build standardized forms and make them available to all schools. Compliance is made easy with the digital archive of permission slips and payment details. The Premium version of Permission Click includes multi-school management and visibility within the school district, which can be added by the district at any time.
