REDONDO BEACH, CA (JANUARY 14, 2020) - Ozobot, makers of robots that empower coding and
STEAM education for grades K–12, will launch its new robotic platform at this year's Future of Education
Technology® Conference in Miami. Ozobot Classroom (patent pending) will make it easy to integrate
coding and computer science with Ozobot’s robots into lessons for any subject and any grade level—with
features that include an interactive educator dashboard, single-click classroom setup, interdisciplinary
lessons with live lesson insights, and more. For the first time, educators can get powerful real-time insights into student progress and engagement for activities both with and without screens.

“These are exponentially changing times,” says Founder and CEO Nader Hamda. “Many of the jobs
today’s students will have do not even exist yet. Our vision with Ozobot Classroom is to make it easy to teach all subjects and inspire all students to learn and create their own future. We look forward to
sharing our new STEAM platform with educators at FETC 2020.”

After being unveiled and voted Best of Show at ISTE 2019, Ozobot Classroom for Chrome will launch
this month and be available to K-12 educators at no cost. Once teachers create an account at
ozobot.com/classroom, they will be guided through interactive training in Ozobot’s 2 Ways to Code:
on-screen with OzoBlockly visual programming and screen-free with Color Codes. From there,
educators can manage students and Ozobots, assign standards-aligned lessons, and receive live insights into online and offline student activity to inform teaching strategies, maximize participation in coding and CS, and improve retention across all subjects.

At launch, Ozobot Classroom is recommended for educators using Chromebooks and Mac computers with the Chrome browser. Support for a wider range of systems and devices is coming soon. Ozobot's Evo Educator Entry Kit and Evo Classroom Kit, which are compatible with the new, no-cost Ozobot Classroom platform, won the 2018 Edison Best New Product and 2019 Seriously STEM awards.
