Mega Seating Plan is a free seating chart generator that has saved hours of time for more than 12,000 teachers over the last two years. Simply import your students from Google Classroom or by pasting from a spreadsheet, then layout the seats in your classroom. With one click you can generate a seating plan that is random, boy-girl, sorted by grade or grouped by learning needs.

You can even select a few students that you’d like to keep apart and Mega Seating Plan will place them as far from each other as possible.

Tweak your seating plan by dragging and dropping students around the classroom. When you’re happy, your chart is saved in the cloud. It can be printed or saved as a PDF. You can choose to display important student data right on the chart: ideal for visits from management or inspectors.

600,000 students have been seated by Mega Seating Plan so far. Save yourself hours of hassle by seating your students today.

Here’s what some of the teachers across the world have to say about Mega Seating Plan.

“Mega Seating Plan is absolutely awesome. My kids don't even argue about it, because they know with the random selected button, it's all in the hands of the gods of megaseatingplan.com”

“I find Mega Seating Plan extremely useful. Thank you for making this available. I love that I can access from any device or computer without needing software. It is very user-friendly.”

“I just discovered Mega Seating Plan and have been so pleased with how easy it is to use! I especially like that I can set up my classroom one time and then generate seating charts based on that set-up. I was also thrilled to find that I can easily swap students!”

“Thank you so much for this amazing platform to create seating plans. I am a fairly new teacher and I have found it so helpful!”

“I especially love the fact you can choose the same class in different rooms as I am teaching in multiple rooms next year with different layouts.”
