The Conrad Challenge 2020 Virtual Innovation Summit successfully concluded on Friday, May 29, with seven teams awarded top honors as “Pete Conrad Scholars” in their specific categories. A new record was set with 600 teams of 2-5 students between the ages of 13-18 entering the competition beginning in August and culminating in 37 finalists competing in last week’s virtual summit.

It concluded on Friday, May 29 with seven teams awarded top honors as “Pete Conrad Scholars” in their respective competition categories. Overall, more than 600 teams of 2-5 students between the ages of 13-18 entered the competition beginning in August, a new record, and 37 finalists competed in last week’s virtual summit.

(Asheville, NC) July 7, 2020—All district leaders are invited to  Institute for Education Innovation’s
Superintendent Symposium and Retreat from July 24 to July 25 to workshop ideas for reopening schools in the safest and smartest way possible. With a focus on equity and social justice, the retreat will offer an innovative space both virtually and in person for Institute for Education Innovation (IEI) members as well as non-member superintendents and district administrators from across the country to come together and develop a blueprint for 2020’s version of back to school.
