 Securly is a relatively new service designed to help school districts monitor and filter web behavior from any device on their network. They have a ton of awesome features that allow you to customize the service to the specific needs to your school or district, and they even allow for a focus on student achievement, not just blocked content.  Epiphany Learning is a new service that is designed to help personalize learning and empower students with a greater educational voice. The application has elements of common learning management systems, but also allows for students to create dynamic, educationally relevant profiles as well. It's a great service, so let's take a closer look!
 gotoClassroom is a completely free resource to help you organize educational environments of all types. Classes of lecturing, tutoring, distance learning, K-12, or even training can all be managed from the service and there are a ton of features included in the site. It's web and mobile-friendly, you can connect with students and parents, and you can install any number of 3rd party applications. It offers a whole lot of potential, so, let's check it out!
**Please note: I have received quite a few emails in addition to the comments on this post describing negative experiences with TeacherMatch. While my review of the service was a positive one and I ran into no technical issues, I think it is more important to consider the voices of the numerous teachers and administrators in the field who have used TeacherMatch for practical purposes and have found the experience to be highly negative.  TeacherMatch is an organization that was founded by four former K-12 teachers and aims to improve the teacher hiring process by making it less subjective and more data-driven. They have developed the "Educator's Professional Inventory" (EPI) assessment which helps employers find the future hires that will offer the most potential for student improvement.
