Kiddom is a free tool for teachers and students that is designed for classrooms using standards-based grading. Teachers can create assignments and track performance related to specific standards (CCSS, SEL, State, or customized), and students can gain a better understanding of their own achievement levels. Hm, looks like an interesting grading app, it is nice that it has the option of standard or custom grading, and allowing students to have access to their results and be able to interact with it more really makes them feel more in charge of their own learning. I wonder how it is unique from the many other grading and assignment apps, what makes it stand out..

For me, the big things were: It's a high quality free resource, you can pull in lessons from great 3rd party apps and create custom lessons, you have the option of adding your students in and working with assignments or just using it as a gradebook (most apps only offer either or, and not the flexibility to choose), and it has an incredibly friendly user interface.
