Hi. First of all, this is editor Pam, not Mom Pam...so, here are my comments: The introduction needs work. It's confusing, too long and a tad boring, and probably a bit too colloquial. I like the music, but perhaps you should start with a significantly shorter introduction so the viewer understands why the technology is terrible for Michael's presentation. Also, I think you need to amp up the enthusiasm, especially Saul (sorry...no offense :) Saul, you seem kind of bored and disinterested, and I know you are both probably trying to keep it kind of chill, but I think it would be significantly better if you were a tad more professional. The information you are presenting is awesome, but you have to find a way to grab your viewer's attention in the first minute or two. No one will stay online if they're bored from the outset.

I hope my comments help. Best of luck you guys. I think you have an excellent project going on, especially with a few tweaks here and there. I'm looking forward to see more!!!
